Demora's aren't that size from implants. Her size mainly came from a technique that is becoming more popular now, which is fat-transfer. Basically the same as you do for a BBL, but for boobs.
She only just recently in the last year had implants put in as a corrective measure to help with some back problems or something like that. It barely changed the already massive size her tits were at lol. (also helps she was already decently BBW, there was a lot of tit there already to transfer fat to).
This is why hers look a lot more "natural" than most "augmented" ladies, since it basically is a mostly natural breasts (it's made up of her own fat), and will shrink/grow when the person gains or loses weight in the exact same way.

I hope it becomes the common option, it looks so much nicer.
 
I don't think that's true. She has videos uploaded at least 6 years ago of her doing Livestream saline infusions of her implants, she's had them for a while. But they definitely look nice and suit her body well without looking fake
