Only 2 reasons i can think of:
1-Her Husband has pressured her into it and she's uncomfortable talking about her amateur porn past and her Tits, using it only as long as she (they) can make money

While your 2 points could very well be the reason I'll provide one as well;

Some women just don't want to show off their naked body to the world. As humorous as it might sound, she might be okay with showing cleavage, but might not be comfortable, or want to show her naked tits to the entire world. Women and just people in general are different - I know women who's always covering up and never showing anything who created Onlyfans just to show everything and women who's practically showing cleavage all the time who would never show anything, let alone create an Onlyfans account. What they wear and how they act in their daily lives is not always indicative of how far they want to go - but it can be.
 
Good point. But I'm betting none of the women you mentioned have breast implants that are 3000cc or bigger. Even setting aside the topic of nudes, it just seems odd that she would get enormous fake tits and then not want to mention her bra size or talk about them at all.

I'm not sure why this is such a huge mystery. She used to sell videos of her swinging adventures, she ended up doxxed and with a stalker, now she keeps her public persona to fairly mild content and does her swinging in private, probably with a fairly small group of trusted friends.
She still gets some of her exhibitionist thrills with her "cosplay", but reserves the real thrills for swingers' clubs, and she greatly lessens the dangers of stalkers and whatever. That you have huge fake tits does not mean that you want everyone to see them. She is probably just into those sizes and likes them on herself. Yeah, same here. But to be honest, I think you need to be more in contact with her to talk about that stuff. She will not tell a complete stranger her cc-sizes or talk about her tits, but maybe if you are talking with her on a regular basis (and also pay a lot, since you support her content).
