There are some women who get huge implants whose nipples stay relatively centered where they're supposed to be (Danielle Derek, Demora Avarice). Then there are women whose nipples end up off to the side, or pointing down at the ground (Chelsea Charms, Tammy Hernandez). Judging from this gif, our girl is in the latter group.

That's cause the first group are done medically or with surgical intervention. The second group use expanders that are filled by a port, either by the girl or by a clinic. Cause the expanders grow they push existing tissue aside to make more room, so the nipples move.
At least that's what I read somewhere....

Well, besides expander stuff, hers would have to be saline because she's clearly over the "limits" of silicone implant sizes in any region I'm aware of. Highest I've heard of silicone implants in the current market is like, 1490cc, or something like that. In the US it's still capped (for cosmetic/non-reconstructive) at 800cc, higher in some other countries... but nowhere near what any estimates for Heidi would be lol. I think it's agreed she's def well over 2000cc, don't know if she's ever said her exact count.
 
Not if she has expanders. Expanders come with a little tube which then allows it to inject more saline into them to make them bigger. This can be either for women who just want to go bigger over time or women who simply want to try out a few sizes before settling on permanent implants.
I dont think that she has expanders. She was a lot bigger in one go, expanders usually work in smaller amounts. So most likely new implants, we dont know how old content of her was before she went bigger.
She never said that, but I would guess that she is even over 3000cc.
 
I wouldn't doubt it, in fact I'd prob lean on that guess, but I was being a bit conservative with my speculation lol

I was wondering the same thing.
There was a comment about her increase in this thread (it didn't mention when the increase was), so I had a look at some of her much earlier content: there's definitely been an increase!!!
I wonder though, is there a limit on how many times you can go under the knife for change without there being more and more risk?
