She said it in one of her last stream that people begs for her to come back through all form of communication, drowning out all the actual refund request or business collabs. Moving it to emails probably means she’ll get someone else to deal w it so she wont have to sift through the entire thing.

As for why she is so insistent to refund it’s probably cope/ self assurance to detach miori from herself completely. Which she can’t do if she keeps on ego search or reading stuff from past followers, she admits this in the same stream
 
Mio's sense of self worth has always been in the gutter so she's always handed out refunds for delivered products like candy. She always ate the costs and gave refunds for merch/delivery issues (on top of including free gifts in shipments), she regularly charged back donations given during streams (especially big donations); I always got the sense she felt like she didn't deserve people's money so at the first signs of trouble that instantly tipped over into giving it back to them.

These refunds might have some extra psychological baggage with them, but I think it's mostly just what she's always done. "Why would anyone ever want this now, I should give them their money back."
 
It's been a few months but i still can't get over it 😭. Why would she leave us so suddenly, not even a graduation stream. She even promised us karaoke and asmr streams would be up, but it's gone, all gone... Why do people need to ruin beautiful things ?
