Something along the lines of "I'll still be offering refunds for the prior stuff I can't do now, too busy with work and stuff, hopefully when I come back one day I'll be in a better state of mind"
Don't expect her to come back though considering the double life she's leading, she's just keeping a door open incase that implodes.
Reminder not to get parasocial with content creators people, I learnt this lesson long long LONG ago, now it's more curiosity that drives me.

I can't actually believe that people are actively demanding refunds from her, like wtf, are all the memories from those years are fake to you. This just makes me so frustrated 😩

I think you’re misreading what she meant lol. She is fine with offering refund per that last message and every other time she mentioned it. It’s clear that people are using any form of contact to get “miori celesta” back.
 
She has been on this refund thingy for months now. It's clearly that people are still demanding refunds from her, if not why would she still keep this up ?
