Because she doesn't know how much nick actually has :WeirdChamp: nick prevented Malena from knowing anything about their estate at the time. Malena initially didn't want to hurt nick after the divorce, but then he started intentionally wasting money on dumbshit and women.


I haven't been keeping up with the drama outside of tweets from drama accounts, but everything went to shit the moment it became obvious what he was doing.
 
hell, Malena was Even trying not to out nmp as a groomer when the judge was asking her about the beginning of their relationship. Now she's going to reveal everything to end nmp once and for all :LULW:
 
Oh brother. :MEGALUL: This is still missing the point. The case was a standard Texas "Insupportability" divorce case, but she has clear cut examples of cruelty. Even if that takes more time and money, she already wasted about as much as she would have if she went for an At-Fault divorce and proved it ended because of his choices. The valuation would have happened regardless.

Seems you know more than I do because that shit doesn't add up to me. :peepoShrug: but I am not keeping up with it at all if it's not directly from a Malena account.

Maximum in most places an At-Fault case can go on for 2 years, their case should have only taken 2 months. It extended to almost a year and a half because it was contested over of how much she asked for, so she might as well have just updated the filing and nailed him fully. It still would have lasted around the same amount of time, she still would have spent a too much, but she might've actually got the 70% she wanted so damn bad. :peepoShrug:

I'm saying I don't know if it was amicable and that she should have switched her case early on because it ended up taking almost exactly as long as it would have if she tried to prove that the divorce was his fault. Which all of us should agree she could have proved.

i feel like some people are getting from this that she's coming back to streaming, i dont think that's the case at all, i think she's going live to say whatever she wants to say, and then leave for good.
Although, why even go live when she could just record a video instead, so .... who knows.
 
On the money. She was an editor for Soda and Nick. It's not like she doesn't know how to edit or can't. It'd give her time to better collect her thoughts too. My mind says donos. Which is kind of smart, but being the most careful would be just making a video.
 
I think she believes she can reach to more people through Twitch. She doesn't have a big youtube channel to publish the video. She can put it on youtube and share it on twitter or just upload it to twitter.

However, it is still weird that she wants to go live just once? Nick is gonna respond to her and he will say other stuff about her and then what? She is not gonna respond again? I kinda believe she will start streaming and she is gonna be soft launching her channel with that stream.
 
I don't think she will have TTS or sub sounds on during that stream :KEKW:. She doesn't even have a link for donations unless she fixes it becuase her bio still has a link to nick's channel
 
It is probably a coincidence, but she deleted the link after this :KEKW:. I know that she was aware of this forum though.
