According to nick, Malena blocked him on every social media after ghosting him for 2 years, so any comments she makes now is long overdue
 
Also, she didn't say this publicly. It was mentioned in her testimony and people started saying that she was lying about Esfand on court. After that, she posted the message which she deleted later.

Nick viewership has been eroding since June of last year. There was a time nick was averaging 20k a stream and now he only gets 5k.

It will end Nick's career If Malena post any proof of her dating nick when she was a minor. Nmp has been able to get away with being a groomer for so long because they wiped out all the images of the beginning of their relationship off social media.

This is pretty much where I'm at with it. Get the he said, she said bullshit out there and be done with it. Still have no clue why she would file on grounds of "Insupportability" when adultery and cruelty are options. Both things she accused him of.
 
Because the insupportability is something she had proof of to use in court, whereas the "adultery" and "cruelty" as pure hearsay.

Well, no. She felt comfortable with naming Nora in court repeatedly as a point of his infidelity, but yeah. "Legally" they did not have sex because they never met up until Malena was long gone.

Cruelty, however, was blatantly demonstrated on his stream daily. Even with Nick being able to "defend" himself by bringing his own clips as a rebuttal, does she not have a surplus of proof of him being needlessly cruel to her on purpose for "content"? That's not even unpacking obvious bag full of evidence called "Text messages".
 
Sorry Liz I'm not following this as close as you are. Clearly you should've been her lawyer and maybe she could've gotten 60% instead.
 
Not true. Nick and Malena were still together in 2024 TC EU. Also, you don't have to physically cheat to be a cheater, emotional cheating is a thing and that's what she said in her testimony. You can't decide that if one of the partners emotionally cheated on the other, partners themselves decide that.
 
Or Malena didn't want to hurt nick and damage nmplol "brand". Think about it for a second, if she wanted nick to pay spousal support, why on earth expose him in court and risk it being leaked? Not to mention that nick and malena were cordial during the divorce until he started slandering her name.
 
Malena and Nick were in Spain in mid-late June 2024, he left her to go to Nora at TwitchCon at the end of the month. This is when the "hipgate" thing happened.

He went back to her in Spain in early July and on July 10th he announced Malena would no longer be taking part in the stream.

That's not the point I'm making. In court, Adultery is "voluntary intercourse" or "physical acts of sex". Which would not be "hearsay" if Malena could prove that it happened at TwitchCon. So, that probably didn't despite her talking about it like it was happening. At least according to sloppy. Why not pull out all the stops to make it that much easier to get that money?
