We've seen the boobs plenty of times, just not the nips. And to be fair, she got a fat transfer boob job which looks WAY better than the other ones. It actually just grows them more naturally rather than stuffing a couple balloons in there.
 
Her first attempt at a boob job was a fat transfer but it didn't go the way she wanted because she didn't have enough fat to transfer. She has since gotten another augmentation, this time in South Korea. My understanding is that one was not a fat transfer.
