I called her out for timing out/locking vip post for vip tier, and Inactivity. So she deleted the sets she sent me in messages that I paid for.
 
I see nothing unreasonable in her response. If you were told these things when you signed up to VIP, she's fulfilled her part of the contract. At least she's giving you a chance and hasn't simply banned you.
 
Check her page not once did she have any what she said posted to see, and still does not excuse unsending paid content from direct messages
 
No, I agree on that point, she should not have withdrawn content you've paid for. That is bad. Though she does claim it's only available for a month. Did you download it?
 
That's also a logic (Fansly only?) problem, because she sends out content after someone giving a specific tip, ergo the posts she sends are not protected (for the buyer) as far as I'm aware. If you buy it directly via DM as in she sends it to you and there is an unlock button, they can not remove those, even if they delete their account, you should find these always under the gallery at the top in the chat section of the specific user due to you purchasing it. Same goes for everything you unlock as PPV on the timeline. You should find the content always available under purchased media even if the creator deletes their account. I agree that purchased content via tip in DMs should not just disapear. She is not providing any information about this timegated stuff beforehand. On the timeline, if you sub for the lowest tier you can clearly see that VIP tier is not worth it. there are maybe a dozen single pics posted mostly butt shots and timelocked, so you can not get any older posts she did for that tier. That's why I never sub for the highest tier first, only for the lowest sub to unlock the timeline (if not already accessable via following) to see what's what.

You wrote you confronted her regarding the VIP stuff and in return she already deleted your paid DMs. Maybe this is just her default modus operandi if she "feels" wronged by someone to block them after deleting the paid content. But of course there is always the possibility of her being here or someone on here to tattletale. Since I don't trust OF or FLY either to keep content always available I always back up everything. But that's coming to a full circle to what I wrote before. The creator should never be able to delete paid content. But using tips instead of unlockable posts makes this possible. To me this is a massive loophole to f over paying users. I know this here is digital but that is like you bought something in a shop and because you told the shop owner you don't like how he operates his business. He comes to you at night and breaks into you home to steal back what you just bought.
 
you paid for access to content. you don't own the content forever. you never owned the content at all. perhaps your feelings about VIP/inactivity are valid but that's the shitty end of the stick my friend.
 
Owning it forever might be far stretched, Fansly could go bankrupt we never know. But even Fansly themselves think otherwise, because if you buy content via the official unlock function in a DM or on the Timeline, the creator can not take that from you, even if they delete the post on the timeline, block you or delete their account. I know this from experience, I have paid content in my media gallery from deleted accounts. On the other hand the subscription tier based content you only buy temporary access to and the creator can do with it whatever they want, fair game I guess.

Yeah, the loophole I mentioned, because the tip is not bound to the specific content she sends. Since it is send as a simple free message, she can just delete it for both parties and circumvent Fanslys stance on you keep what you buy.

Thats what happens when your pretty and never been told no before. The fact she can't handle disagreement is a Her problem.
 
She's running a business, she has to make decisions to protect what she has. You should have been more careful and not used the same username or other details so she could track you. And you should have taken your punishment quietly (assuming she didn't just change her mind and ban you regardless).
 
Reminder She never advertised vip post are temporary, all I asked her was can she be more active and she starts throwing insults. So fuck her and her feelings the money was no problem. Common sense would anyone pay for something they won't receive.
