Hello all,
From browsing around on the content forums, it seems like too many people still don’t know how to get their money back for content that you got scammed with by these managing agencies, so i figured i’d provide some insight on how I get refunded for those that don’t know.
Before I break it down, the email you’ll be contacting is [email protected]. They answer pretty quickly, within 1 to 2 days. If you use a credit card don’t just dispute the charge with your credit company unless you want your account banned, which will happen.
First off, always remember that 95-99% of these accounts are managed by the same people that call your grandmother saying she needs to pay $500 for outstanding toll violations. You are not talking to the actual girl, even if her bio says she manages the account herself. These people live to scam. Onlyfans allows the use of account managers in their terms of service, and while it’s against consumer protection laws for them to lie about their identity, good luck proving it.
Second, never buy anything without asking questions. “Topless content” can be a photo of you looking at her bare back, hand bras, pasties, or even soap bubbles. Always be as specific as possible, such as “i want to see bare nipples, front facing view, nothing covering them.” For solo vids you can say, “i want to see clear penetration, no side views, full bare pussy or asshole” etc. I could go on forever with how I break each type of content down to assure i don’t get scammed. Remember, you’re not talking to the girl, so don’t be worried about offending anyone.
Finally, always get confirmation. Don’t fall for the “open and find out
” bullshit. Tell them you’re not buying unless you can confirm that the locked message is the exact content you’re describing.
Many times they will take the risk and try to scam you anyway, thinking you don’t know how to contact onlyfans for a refund. If that happens, take screenshots of the conversation and purchase and attach them to the email. Make sure you tell Onlyfans you’re seeking a refund for falsely advertised content. Include their account and yours.
For example, title it “Requesting refund for falsely advertised items.” In the message write, “I am requesting a refund of $X from the account X. My account is X.” Then elaborate on the content you requested and the content you received.
Sometimes, like with with customs, they’ll ask you to reach out to the account again and request the correct content. However, with most PPV purchases they’ll just tell you they went over the details and the funds will be in your account within 3-5 business days.
Hopefully I provided some insight to a few of you out here to stop these scumbag agencies from getting away with stealing money, and if enough people take these actions, maybe Onlyfans will be stricter with these scam accounts.
Feel free to add any information I didn’t cover or ask any questions that you may have.
