Just means they all still wanted to work in the industry, after the fact ... rapey producers in the adult industry is a problem that they can't seem to get rid of, because they support each other, and the agents even keep sending new models to them, after their own models told them what they had happen with those producers... not an environment in which you can file charges without repercussions, even if everyone would obviously tell you differently... :/
 
Let's play devil's advocate and say the accusations are 100% true. What does speaking out about such but not filing charges accomplish? Sure, the men's names will be smeared and those who notice the drama will steer away from them, presuming they believe the women. But since nothing legal has occurred, they are still in positions of power and thus young woman after young woman who is unaware of all of this will march one by one to the slaughter.

But you say they are scared of being blackballed? Well, wouldn't publicly speaking out already do that? Yes, of course it would. And likely, that is the real reason she hasn't worked in years, not her being careful or whatever PR spin she is putting on it to further milk the Twitter drama.

So where is the motive in only going halfway? What is the point?

And unfortunately, we know exactly what the point is. Clout, money and sympathy, with perhaps a dash of spite.

We can look at the nonsense Amouranth has pulled over the years, the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp case that is now notorious, the constant drama mill over at Twitch where something stupid will be purposely done to get a brief suspension to boost sales. Case after case of this or that accusation being proven false, lawsuit after lawsuit being thrown out by these "victims" who show they just want money.

It is all absurd and so plainfully obvious at this point. And well, society is buying it less and less these days. Which, of course, only hurts the real victims. The MeToo Movement, for all its positives, really became a net negative by thankfully exposing the multitude of false accusers out there.

So, if I don't see charges then that tells me one of two things. Either the accusations are false or they are real but the women care more about blackmail than justice and well, neither is a good look for the women. Therefore, I automatically dismiss the whole thing and never become a patron of any of these women again.

Fun fact: story after story always comes out about these women who are so "brave" for speaking out publicly but almost always privately, are shown to try to blackmail the men first and only if that fails do they go to the court of public opinion. I.e. they aren't victims. They are victimizers who both prey on and weaponize your sympathy.

Most of the time, accusations turn out to be false. So yes, to consider their claims to be 100% authentic is to play devil's advocate.

As for considering posting publicly to be a better outcome. No, filing charges achieves more because it equates to a predator being taken off the streets eventually. Because even if your claim fails then there is the next, followed by the next and such a history will cause further scrutiny and investigation. And during this period of the police investigation, it will also likely cause the perpetrator to stop what they are doing at least momentarily. Then there is the fact that it makes coming forward, legally speaking, in the industry more normalized and likely, for more people to come forward more regularly and thus discourage the behavior in general. Eventually removing the bad actors entirely as a possible outcome.

Overall, it gives a greater net positive then the he said she said Twitter drama that people rightfully don't believe anymore given the mass exposure of false accusers during MeToo.

As for the pariah issue. Again, public speaking on such results in that outcome, so that argument falls flat when it comes to explaining away why they don't report. In fact, public speaking on such is worse than a private police report, as way more people now know you like to spill the beans and/or falsely accuse people.

If you consider a person to require actual evidence or, at the very least, an actionable legal response taken by the accuser before considering the condemning of people to be part of the problem, oof.

I have personally known people to be falsely accused, who thankfully had video/photographic proof they were not in the wrong, followed by the accuser quickly changing their story and verifying they lied... but this was after their livelihood and life were upended by the liar in question. Because people like you just believe first, condemn second and if it turns out they were innocent... you are silent or give some halfhearted apology that does nothing to improve their life after it has been ruined. For example, the person I speak of lost their job during the turmoil.

If you care about victims, you should actually care about the legal process and the evidence that accrues due to it.

Hearsay on Twitter does nothing for anyone but the accuser, who gets showered with praise, love, money and whatever else they can milk out of the public. While, of course, simultaneously creating more and more victims with each passing day, the people they accuse remain free because they pursue zero legal action.

No. Plain and simple. Most of the time, there might not be enough evidence to convict, but actual "that didn't happen" situations are way less than actual SA cases, that just lead no where, because of well paid lawyers, a lack of evidence etc. pp.
Again ... you should really check some statistics on SA cases (in the US, and also elsewhere...) with regards to number of cases, vs. false allegations vs. charges filed vs. perpetrators actually convicted... (I suggest having a (long) read on rainn.org/get-informed/sexual-violence-statistics/ for example.

Not sure, how "About 8%" is "equating to a perpetrator being taken of the street", in your book, but in mine, that's less than every 10th case actually leading to that outcome you claim "most" lead to ...

Not gonna continue arguing every single sentence of yours, it seems pretty obvious that you disagree with statistics as well as my opinion, based in those statistics (which are based on 20 years worth of DOJ case data...), so, no real point in spending any further time on that.
