Simp Chat Alex Coal Discussion and Request Thread

In porn, everything is known upfront, as everything is very much and quite literally, scripted. Pornstars even get paid extra for anal, etc. So, transparency is king in porn. And it sounds like, given that he talked about footage and witnesses, what she alleges took place during a shoot where everyone knew which end was up. Like, there is some pretty extreme porn out there where pornstars definitely go through extra dos and don'ts for what is and isn't allowed. I even recall seeing BTS stuff, where I see pornstars personally talk with each other beyond any official agreements where they ask how hard they like it, if choking or slapping is okay, etc.

The idea that she thinks she can get away with making a BS SA claim from what occurred on a porn shoot is ludicrous given the eyewitnesses and footage available. Hell, she more than likely even signed who knows how many consent forms verifying she was okay with stuff that occurred.

... I'd suggest you read up about the cases (yes, plural, yes, legal cases...) against Ryan Madison, and what he did to female performers, on set, that was NOT pre-aranged, not consented to, and still ended up on tape, in a lot of instances.
That's SA, on a porn set ... and even though everything SHOULD be pre-aranged, consent can still be taken back, when what ever happens... if the partner in that scene does NOT stop, in that situation, that's plain sexual assault. So, no, it's not like it won't ever happen on a porn set, but rather ... it happens so often on porn sets, you'd THINK people would end up in jail, at some point... but clearly, the same thing as with the Cornell seven happens, there, too ... "no one has seen or heared anything", also, "we can't ruin their careers, right?" ... 🤦‍♂️

Also, what makes you say that she's the one making things up? ... Why do you believe his statements more than hers? Like ... without having heared those eye witnesses, or seen that footage ... how do you KNOW he's right, and she's making things up!?

Has he been found guilty of anything? A yes or no will suffice. Because multiple claims does not a guilty person make.

Why do you presume this happens in a ton of porn sets where everything is about as consensual as legally and observably possible? Again, do not cite hearsay or speculation. Cite actual cases where someone has been found guilty. And I hope you have a heaping amount given the gross generalization of collusion you are making between everyone in front of and behind the camera.

Why are you mentioning the Cornell Seven? But since you bring it up, yes, that is an example of a woman bringing false SA allegations. The evidence is so monstrously against her (which largely includes her own words and legal statements) that it is ludicrous that she tried for a civil suit after the criminal case fell apart. And now she is famous for all the wrong reasons.

As for why I lean toward believing him, well, first, he presented evidence very easily. Where is her evidence? Feel free to provide it, since you are defending her. And second, she has made a habit of this after her career dropped off a cliff. And again, has she pursued anything legally? Also, again, a yes or no will suffice.

Just say you believe only men. *blocking*. He presented NO EVIDENCE. He CLAIMED that there is evidence. He did NOT present any. You're defending him, so, why aren't you bringing the evidence, if it's so easily available?! ;)

I believe whoever can back up their claims with verifiable and, more importantly, legitimate evidence.

For example, if she made the claims he does with video footage and eyewitnesses, I'd lean toward believing her. But she didn't. He did.

In either case, you couldn't answer simple yes-or-no questions, nor could you provide any evidence by her of his wrongdoing.

If you could do everyone a favor and go back to Twitter, where she is also being dramatic, no evidence provided, it would do everyone a big favor because we are here to goon, after all. I mean honestly, throwing around a Block because someone requires actual evidence to condemn a person for a serious crime- you couldn't be more stereotypical.

In the spirit of that, like the person who brought it up originally, does anyone know the scene where this supposedly happened? Because having a reference point would be great.
