You definitely are hallucinating because it looks nothing like her, and the only similarity between the underwear is the color. The design, shape, etc are completely different from each other.

I think it's something many people speculate about. I'm not going to say it's true or false, but I'm sure many have that same doubt as you. On several sites, this is the most popular "amateur" video of this kind, and many comments (even in Japanese) are asking whether it's Yui or not, but nothing has been confirmed. I don't think it's crazy to believe it's possible or just schizo posting, you are not the first or the last to think this.
 
you can just look at pictures she has posted of her face (there are a million) and compare to that girl they arent remotely the same pre-surgery or not

Yui is very known person even before her debut as vtuber, most of early member are coming from experienced streamer on ncnc, Lewd asmr is very probable but she is not stupid enough to do an AV.
