I also always thought these are ridiculous prices no matter how you look at it and them making it virtually inaccessible like that could explain why. But why would they even agree to it if there is a signed contract? I mean they're obviously leaving money on the table like that.
 
Girl signs a contract with Youthlust, giving them the video rights. She gets paid for the video. Youthlust collects any money they make selling it. The girls aren't getting a cut of the sales.
Girl regrets, wants video removed. They say nope, best we can do is up it to 1000 bucks. "No one will buy it if it's this high". Girl might not like it but has to deal with it (probably in the contract). If they end up selling, they make a big profit.
It's not unheard of girls shooting porn then regretting and wanting their videos removed from websites. I think this is Youthlust's way of finding a "middle ground" with them. It's not in their interest to remove the video altogether, they paid for the rights, they own it.
 
You can actually DM then and they can sell you the video at a much lower rate the Parker Creampie video they sold it to me for 20 bucks when it hit 100 at a one time
 
I don't know, there is at least one case where he actually deleted the scene, Rosalie Anal Audition, I messaged him trying to ask him under the radar and he said the girl wanted the video deleted so it couldn't send it to me.
 
i think the overpriced videos are a deal between the girl and danny to make "inaccessible" the video. the deleted videos i feel its because danny had more serious problems, i read someday that jade's family (i dont remember well) take actions to danny when they discovered the videos, i dont know if legal actions or things out of the law (in that time i thought that was the reason he went to colombia)
 
What would be the justification for the overpriced April extended cuts and b-roll cuts? Most of her stuff is already out there.
 
There was an extended cut that was released for a short time which was never leaked then disappeared from being able to purchase altogether as well.
 
In Colombia a person has a right to rescind permission of the future use of their image. Contracts usually have a time limit for usage. Once that time limit passes the model can ask for them to discontinue the use of their image and if the producer does not they open themselves up to litigation as ones likeness is protected under the colombian constitution
 
A lot of those expensive videos were offered at a cheaper price for a limit numbered of first come, first serve buyers. He then keeps it at the expensive price afterwards. I know because I bought a few of those videos like the April extended cuts when they first released. He does it on purpose.
 
What happens if someone makes a movie? Do they have to take it all down if the actor doesn't want to appear in it anymore?
