obviously no one was posting the individual’s alter ego with misintent. if she’s going to make content of “herself” and charge even higher prices for lower quality content (while also posting on other account) then you could argue that people have good reason to at least be informed.

Quality of content is subjective. And it's not an invitation to expose a model or "inform" people. Whether it's mal intent or not, doxxing is malicious, by its literal definition.
If any model decides to explicitly reveal her alternate names or alter ego on her public platforms, then it will no longer be a dox.
