the more desperate you seem and the more money it seems like you have the more they will charge you. the only way to get "discounts" is by waiting till prices just go down or by pretending like you would buy a set but you only have "xx" amount of money to spend. Regardless its never really worth it to spend money on an agency ran account because they will always end up overcharging you and youre not even talking to the girl its some random guy in pakistan
 
Depends on how patient you are basically. If you ever ask PPVs are always $150-200. If you wait the agency will normally send stuff anywhere between $25-$50 for the same vid just weeks later
