You can using several methods one is using a modded client that allows saving all media another is using a pc 3rd party client and also if on android you can find the cache folder which holds all images/videos

Can confirm. I was very clear with another girl, specifically asking if a picture clearly showed her nipples. She said “Yes” so I bought it. When I opened the pics she wasn’t naked, so I screenshotted the convo, submitted it to OF, and they gave me my money back.
