I don't speak the language so I'm not 100% confident in what I'm about to post,
but from my undestanding Xiami and her husband staged an extorsion trap to a man Xiami is rumored was having an affair with and took from him around 70k USD. (the man in the court case is named A-Jun. basically the same as A-kun to keep anonyity)
The man then filed a lawsuit against them breaking the silence and bringing all this to the chinese internet attention.
He sued for extorsion. Xiami and her husband countersued for rape and coercion.
At the end none of the parties was able to provide proof so both cases where turned down and nobody got fined.
Then the wife of A-jun opened a civil case agains Xiami and her husband saying that this whole mess has brough negative repercussions to her and her marriage and family status. this one won and Xiami and her husband where forced to pay 70k USD back along with some courf fees.
The chinese social medias then took this and blew it out of proportions. for example the sexual interactions were not proved in court but some chinese users picked the video of a vietnamese woman giving a blowjob and said that it was Xiami even if not proved just to add fuel to the fire.
Again my knowledge of the language is very scarce so feel free to fact check or explain if you have deeper knowledge on the topic
 
thought so, the woman in the video didn't look like xiami, just the glasses where somewhat similar.
But the legal proceedings all happened.
