Thank you, but this is upscaled, right? My question is about the quality of the original source file. Was this video originally released in 1080p, or is it an upscale from 720p? I could be wrong, but I believe I only saw this video available in 720p on Xev's official website.
 
The higher 1080p and 4K are upscale versions. The 4K version looks alright till good (HEVC / 120 fps used / must be interpolated) someone made. Other 720p version titles you can see on her MV store you can find as 4K versions on her website but not this title as you did noticed already.
