In the post I quoted, the user explicitly states those videos were downloaded directly from her page. And you're saying that 1080p version isn't source quality? Go ahead and report it then, with proof that it's not a quality offered by her
 
That video is titled 4K, thats not the size from XU. The resolution has been changed and compressed so it meets the bunkr size limit. The file name has 4K60, the file size is far larger for 4K60FPS. Its pretty clear that the file isnt source quality. The source file is 5.7gb. The filenames on XU have always had the correct resolution and the true 1080p file would be bigger. 1080p version on Mayvids is 1.64gb

The uploader clarifies in his post that "4k60" is just the downloaded filename, but the videos are actually in 1080p. And it has the same metadata as the trailers from XevUnleashed (where he downloaded it from, except the trailers are in 720p). So this is not a user re-encode/compression.
