Tokusatsu is an umbrella term for TV shows and movies that involve heavy special effects and usually feature characters covered head to toe in suits. Examples include the Godzilla franchise, the Ultra series, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and its American counterpart Power Rangers (and yes, I'll allow Power Rangers actresses to be posted in here!)
