TNA don’t have money they’re broke in comparison to WWE and AEW.
If she cares about wrestling and improving more she should politic for the KOTV belt and re sign with TNA.
Mike Santana being proof that leaving AEW from being a nobody to betting on yourself and showing weekly that you are a somebody in the business.
Joe Hendry and Jordynne Grace are the negative ways of not making it to WWE initially, making a name for yourself somewhere (TNA) and then signing for WWE can kill your stardom and perception.
If Mara cares about money she could join The Rascalz in going to AEW and not being on tv and jobbing when they are on tv.
I feel for majority of wrestlers because it’s a catch 22, more money but you’re booking might take a hit or okay money but you’re booked like a star
 
All true. The fact that Proud and Powerful never won the tag titles in AEW are a fucking travesty. But it definitely worked out for him in the long wrong (except that name change, which we'll all get used to).
I don't know about Joe, but Jordynne had to take a pay cut to sign with WWE because she had to shut down her OF. It is what it is. They should be using her and Giulia way more and in a much better position, but WWE is gonna WWE.
I should point out that they're signing people to shorter contracts now. Most newer signings are likely on a 3-month deal, which doesn't really mean much in the grand scheme of things. If you're an indie talent with no real TV experience, I think you should definitely take the opportunity to at least learn how TV wrestling works and sign that short term deal with TNA.
I don't know if AEW would be interested in Mara, especially when they're definitely going to sign much bigger stars coming off from the WWE releases.
 
A spell in ROH might do her some good. Maybe start a good feud with Red velvet. Hell, she could even link up with Kevin.
 
ROH is the land of obscurity. I literally don’t think about that company outside of classic matches. It’s match catalogue is the most valuable thing about it
 
Not having anything for Jordynne and Giulia is booking and creative malpractice. I’d be ranting all day if I spoke about current main roster WWE creative.
Yeah TNA are cash strapped, a lot of 3/6/9 month contracts. I agree if TNA are smart you lock talent like Ricky Sosa in for semi long term and keep renewing. Leon Slater their most recent flower that bloomed.
Keep signing talented Indie guys and and girls and try and make stars and hope you can get a conveyor belt of talent enough to build up a roster that a few people leaving doesn’t leave you devoid of young talent.
Bayley most likely on the way. I’m sure her contract up this year.
Mara might get more money but I’m sure she’s not going to get the wrestling and booking she’d want. Especially considering she’s been showing out recently
 
Honestly doubt AEW will be signing much in general for a long time, given New Day are 1000% going there. And defo not if they sign Kairi, AEW's roster is absolutely fucking stacked even before those guys.
 
Giulia should have been treated similar to Asuka when she first came in. Just absolutely dominant and never really losing. Just a cool badass who takes no shit. In the mean time, she could continue working on her English skills. Jordynne is such an anomaly. Not many women look like her and can kick her ass. Unfortunately, an injury killed her momentum on the main roster and then never much after again.
There's just so much awesome talent out there. I really would love if TNA signed Gabby Forza, one of my current fave indie wrestlers. I think she's absolutely amazing and has come so far in such a short time. It would give her some much needed TV experience. I also see her as a cutie patootie, similar to Willow.
I think Bayley's contract might be up by the end of the year. Maybe October? Nothing is confirmed, though.
I think New Day (Or Daybreak?) is free next week if they want to do something. We'll just have to wait and see.
 
Yeah, I should have included MCMG in that, they and New Day are/were pretty much guaranteed signings, Kairi maybe. After that I doubt they'll be signing much, except if really really big names become available.
 
Giulia unfortunately suffered with Stephanie being signed closely after her and it seemed like Stephanie sort of swallowed up all the attention on NXT. She’s got a great look and great work in ring it’s baffling what they’ve done to Giulia.
Jordynne Grace another who essentially got signed after Stephanie and Giulia even though it seemed she’d be a WWE signing much earlier than Stephanie and Giulia and by then the womens roster on NXT was soo ridiculously stacked.
Jordynne is super talented. WWE creative is maddening.
TNA should bring back Gabby I liked her match with Jody. I’d also bring in Rachel Ley and a few others. They need to book Harley Hudson better though she’s got it.
I think Bayley is gone. That’ll be the next big AEW womens signing
 
She's improved a hell of a lot since she first debuted years ago, but her booking has been shit for years now. I don't think she's necessarily overrated, she just needs to be booked better, which can be said for about 99% of the entire roster.
 
She’s got more charisma and personality than most of the roster. She has a gimmick. She can promo(she’s an annoying heel so when people complain about her being obnoxious that’s the point) and she’s ok in the ring. Her booking was atrocious and continues to be atrocious. She’s also the third most over woman and gets reactions every week. I’d say she’s underrated.
 
Extremely. There's not one aspect of wrestling she's great at. Everything about her screams midcarder.
 
The fact that she's had 0 title defenses irks me. But that's more on Creative than her I think. She can have decent to good matches.

Okay, does WWE have any kind of intention of signing these ID wrestlers? Because I don’t think any of them have signed an official contract and it almost looks like they’re meant to stay there for a limited time only.
 
It is. They did this to her last year when they had her run away from le terror twin cringe constantly. I think triple h doesn’t like her but he realizes she’s over and has to give her some reward.
 
They have for EK Jackson and Vanity Project and Cartwheel a little confused why at least majority of the first class is there when they have a 2nd class and probably a 3rd it’s a tuff business and a lot of people got released or flat out left to chase powerslap money
 
agreed with everything but she *cannot* promo theres like maybe 4 women in the company that can actually promo. (The numbers not much larger on the mens side either).
Liv’s an average wrestler (at best, shes been wrestling for over a decade and her only “good” matches are with the likes of Iyo, Rhea, Bianca -all of whom can actually carry people in matches), has bad promo skills but has an amazing look.
theres no less than 6 girls in NXT right now who either wrestle circles around liv, or can outpromo liv lol. Kendall, Wren, Kelani, Tatum, Lola, Zaria, Layla Diggs , Lizzy Raine clear in wrestling ability. Arianna Grace, Izzi, Tatum, Jaida, Kendall, Wren and Lola for mic work.
(Kendall Greys genuinely female kurt angle shes gonna be a superstar)
 
But at the end of the day, do they care about women who can actually wrestle? Like to an extent, yes. But they care about the social media views/impressions and Liv probably drives those numbers.
I'll be happy when Stephanie Vaquer is back since she's hot and can wrestle. Although I would love the belt to go to Iyo for a bit since she's great too.
