The thing about Sana's face is she has some kind of quantum face where she's cute, elegant and sexy all the same time.
I think God/Photoshop/Korean Plastic Surgeons/Makeup just gave her perfect features for all of it, she has cute chubby cheeks but her jaw line is really sleek, and her eyes are a near pefect almond shape etc so she can do it all
 
Whether Winter's face was constructed in a lab or not, I'm not really sure what people are talking about when it comes to calling it a negative. There's plenty of examples of idols who go too far with the surgery and look worse for it but I don't think that applies to Winter at all.
