i tried different browser , cleaned cookies and cache but still the same problem

For me it is working fine.

Your browser might be unable to play the video codec. If you open the developer console (after you refreshed, but before you play), you should be able to see various errors if it really is a codec issue.

You need hevc codec. need HEVCVideoExtension from microsoft. Google how to find it and install it.
