I've seen this before with other models, I don't understand why they do it, it's weird
 
It can be a number of things. They can test stuff like new cameras, mics and stuff with someone who they give the password to (eliminates the need to test in a public show or charging someone for private just for testing). They can also be annoyed by DMs, password locking the room prevents DMs. It also prevents offline tips (a model can have reasons to not want offline tips). It can also be for a so called "password show", where they give the password to one or more tippers. Usually a high fixed price, but there's no per minute rate. Some leave the room locked afterwards because they forget to unlock it, so they do it when they do the next stream. And so on...

The visual quality has improved noticeably, we’re talking 1080p/60fps now which wasn’t the case before. But on the other hand she only does close-ups now, which is why it feels boring. There’s also the fact that her stream replays get deleted immediately and are hard to find.
 
I agree, bro. On one hand, the video and audio quality have gotten really impressive, but some of the shows are private—and you're right, it's really hard to find other videos of hers out there. Her older videos are awesome; she’s naturally super wild and naughty, and it looks like she’s into some kinky stuff with anal play too.
