I wonder if it was a hookup gone wrong, leading to the SA and the physical injuries + police involvement.

know a lot of people who did brachioplasty and can confirm that you are right and this is the case here. normally the scars arent that insanely fat but she probably gained a bit again so the scars widened. if that big scar would have been from an injury (knife or machete) she would have died immediatly from blood loss
