she does livestreams in her paid account, but she also kicks out people that don't tip, so you have to pay twice. Also she only does them once a month and it's kind of a coinflip what you are gonna get. Best case scenario is a nipslip, but that almost neve happens. I was subscribed to her for little more than a year and only saw that happen twice, and she erased that from the recording she later sold (which you have to pay a third time to get).
