Workflow Venice AI Workflows and Models (DON'T POST REAL PEOPLE!!)

Well, a 10s 480p video takes about 13 minutes on a 3080 10GB with 32GB RAM using the pruned model. Not great, not terrible.
 
I second this about using references. I've had success with Minimax on Venice when I use images I already created with Seedance 5.0.
I got it to work on Venice for me by:
1. using nude images and scenes I've already created
2. Not being too explicit with the prompts.
For example for images where someone is holding male genitalia you say "the object she's holding".
Terms like moaning and sensual would give me a error, but "croon" and "blissful" would go through.
So ultimately its not uncensored because you can't be blunt and use all words you want in your prompt, but I have made penetration and BJ vids with nude images just by subtle prompting.
The BJ vids aren't the best I've seen especially with the crunching sounds that make it seem like she's sucking off the thing from fantastic four. The solo vids I've made with a woman just cupping and massaging her boobs were the best, the physics are very good, great even.
Like others have said though, I would wait it out until they offer a lower quality option for cheaper gens.
 
FLUX 3 is available on Venice.
I haven't tested it yet but presumably it is extremely censored so don't waste your time with it. 20 seconds of video costs approximately 3 dollars.
 
Yeah Flux is hella censored and also the gens seem to just get stuck.
MiniMax H3 R2V Enhanced just got added into Venice though.
 
Tested it now and I don't think it is worth to spend credits on it.
It is a little bit expensive than SD 2.0 and performs worse.
 
Testing out these new models and I swear NONE of it feels like Grok Imagine. And I doubt any future model will feel like Grok Imagine.

For now, I'm really happy with SD 2.0; I manage to get content similar to Grok, more or less, but it takes a few tries and a really detailed explanation of what it needs to do, along with quite a few reference images. I'm hitting a wall with masturbation using a dildo, though—it doesn't really grasp that the vagina is a hole, lol. I think I'll give Minimax a shot.
 
Keep getting this error message for pretty much any prompt and amount of image refs.

I took a break when GROK got censored because nothing else seemed to come close. I keep seeing people talk about really good results with other models though, like QWEN, WAN, FLUX, H3 Minimax (think this is still censored on Venice though). Are any of these actually good at positioning two people, dealing with penetration, etc. with anything close to the simplicity of GROK? I've seen some good results, but sometimes it seems as though the creator went through quite complicated process to achieve it which I don't really have the knowledge for.
 
you are probably getting moderated by the Venice, not from the models provider.
I remember someone giving advice about this particular issue in this thread, make sure your prompt doesn't have any "family" or any "underage" stuff.
but I am just speculating here. the actual reason might be something entirely different.

Celebrities and girls who are too young—or whom it deems underage—get rejected immediately. Sometimes I get that error too; I just copy and paste the exact same message, and it goes through (though it used to work every time before, so there was no real reason for the glitch). For now, I’m sticking to solo nude video; I haven’t tried the coupling feature yet (assuming we’re talking about "seedance").

My Seedance 2.0 r2v Workflow (for totally fake and fictional characters):
1. Get the audio reference:
- Find a clip of the character talking and edit it so its less than 15 seconds, any longer and you'll get a Venice error.
2. Gather/Create reference images:
- I tend to create 2 collages of the characters face consisting of 4-6 images with different angles and expressions.
- I also create a reference sheet of their full naked body, not all in one image, but with each view separately, and then edited together into one super high resolution sheet.
- I use Seedream 4.5 Edit on Atlus Cloud with images of thier body from similar angles. Run each separately.
FULL FRONTAL REFERENCE:

- Use high quality images, if they suck, then upscale them with chatgpt or nano banana, the more skin and details in your references the better.
- Do not rely on Seedream 4.5 to generate boobs and pussy and ass or dicks, go and find real references that are close enough to your character (Reddit/PornPics/EliteBabes are good sources)
- If you have a room or environment you see them in often, take screenshots where the room is visible and put them into some ai and say "create a reference of the whole room with a focus on the bed, looking towards the 3/4 side of the bed and headboard, no people". Use that as an environment reference.
3. Prompt preparation:
- SD sucks at doing NSFW stuff on its own, its best to use reference videos. Get an idea in your head and go find a clip that matches what you have in mind (Reddit and Redgifs are great sources).
- To use the clip as a reference, it needs to be less than 15 seconds and 720p minimum. I used to recommend cropping the video so the original face and body are mostly out of view, with a focus on the close up action (Ex: Crop down to just vaginal penetration, I use ClipChamp or InShot).
- I used to recommend this to avoid reference bleedthrough, But I've recently started prompting in line with Seedance 2.0 recommended guidelines and I've had fantastic results since switching.
-Also make sure the audio of the reference clip is muted.
 
4. Prompt generation:
- I use grok to generate all my prompts, I have a long ass system prompt I wrote for specifically amateur style porn videos with directions to emphasize realistic motions and body physics, emotional direction, spacial positioning, audio, ect. The more detailed and specific the better.
- If you have grok, you can upload the original reference video and link the SD guidlines (google docs ModelArk/2222480 for the link, i cant link it here for some reason) and tell it to make a video prompt that matches it. It also helps to let it know in advanced what your references tags are, for example:

create a prompt for a pov from the mans perspective similar to the attached video. the man is standing and fucking the woman from behind while she is bent over infront if a bathroom sink, the first half should be a pov of the man looking down at her ass and lower back and point of penetration, then halfway through have the man shift the handheld camera to focus on the mirror and whats visible in the reflection.
If you have in mind the assets you'll use and let grok know the assst tags before hand, then it can properly tag them throughout the prompt and reduce the chances of it spitting back your reference video.
5. Running the prompt (On venice):
- Go to Venice, find studio, and find the video studio
- Select Seedance 2.0 r2v as a model, if you can't find it then remove model filters
- Enter your prompt, upload your reference materials, make sure your assets are tagged in the prompt accordingly (Woman Face References: @Image1 @Image2; Woman Body References: @Image3;)
- Tags are under the images and videos
- Make sure to set the quality, duration, and aspect ratio, and always toggle high bitrate.
- Run it and pray
6. Troubleshooting
If your video came out wonky, read the prompt carefully, and make adjustments as needed, or take it to grok and instruct it to strengthen areas of the prompt that sucked or were ignored. Always make sure to read your prompts carefully.
 
Seedance 2.5 API launching tomorrow. Might take a while for Venice to make it uncensored.
