there are ways to access exhentai but generally, just replace x with - (dash, after 0). usually you can view the gallery.
eh doesnt often delete galleries, just expunge them, aka hide from normal search, you can still access them. only in case when a dmca complain is filed and affected gallery is deleted.
 
You should first login into e-hentai and then try accessing exhentai. If this doesn't help, try using VPN. If this doesn't help either, clean all your cookies and site data for both exhentai and e-hentai and then repeat step 1.
