I will talk for myself. I use Downloader for Onlyfans.com
It's an extension. It works on Chrome.
After downloaded, you need to activate it in your settings.

I use a chrome extension: "Downloader for OnlyFans.com". It adds download buttons under each post and DM with media. However it seems it no longer is on the official chrome store...
