Support Turbovid/Turbo Support (Read first post)

Please inlcude as much details as possible to avoid going back and forth.

Attach images, and/or videos if possible showing the issue.

KNOWN ISSUES:

  • Brazilian ISPs blocking saint
    • You will need to use a VPN to another country
  • Videos replaced with white square OR problems uploading - US ISPs Comcast and Spectrum
    • Look up your security shield / safebrowse.io or whatever its called, it is blocking turbo.cr like they did with saint.
    • Alternatively, use a VPN
    • Workaround on spectrum is to swap dns. Cloudflare and google options seems to fix the issue.
    • Comcast/xfinity -> The service blocking turbo.cr (and saint before) is called "Advanced Security". It must be turned OFF through the Xfinity mobile app under Home > Advanced Security. It takes up to 10 minutes for the changed setting to take effect. Credits to eekcolcrt
 
wrong email or password error when using Saint details on turbovid
 
did a new acc on turbovid.

tried 8 pictures got the upload but with the big X over them ..

refreshed, nothing there.

made new album same pictures, also no results.

made another album and tried with vid, site kind of froze.

tried with one file only, looked like uploaded but after refreshing nothing can be found online.

is it just me that it does not work on my end or do others have the same issue right now?

Don't use "Login", use "Login with Forum Account" instead if you want to use forum credentials.
 
We know windscribe VPN is having issues, it may be related to the following but we don't know:

Mullvad is working fine

turbovid is vids only.
I cant help you with the rest of your issue but hopefully others can.
 
I tried both "login" and "login with forum account". Both "Wrong email or password".
 
None of my saint albums transferred to turbovid. They're all still there on saint's dashboard, but turbovid's is completely empty. I used my simpcity login as always.
 
Idk if this is the right place, but could you make the play button smaller please? It covers most the thumbnail, especially vertical videos, so you can't see what you're clicking.

PS: Turbo/saint share the same database, so is not like the files/albums,etc. are lost. The old system had a terrible bug with the login in thru the forum and that was patched.
 
Quick changelog before going to rest:

1. Added pagination on uploads, it will display 25 files per page. So if you have 100 files, you'll have 4 pages of pagination.
2. Reduced the size of the play button on embeds (on mobile).
3. Added "show all" albums when having > 20 albums.
4. Added album search, can now filter albums by name for easier access (if you have too many this helps a lot)
5. If you have too many albums, and you expand the sidebar and click an album it will bring you up to the top so you can see the albums files.

Will continue to work on a few bugs once I wake up. Keep the feedback coming!
 
Its not working for me like too much buffering . Any solution [ my connection is good] . 🫠
 
The bbcode generated doesn't seem to do anything when pasted into a post
[*MEDIA=turbo_vid]xxxxxxxx[/MEDIA] (added a * to get the text}


just disappears with no placeholder

Where are you getting generated bbcode of media=turbo_vid ?

The upload video button and the upload page on turbovid both give media=saint_vid
