Here's why I think its BS. I can't seem to find a arrest report online anywhere. I even tried searching "london" and other search methods and I don't see anything. I'm going to need a valid source, and this instagram post is not a source. It is just someone making claims that do not seem to be backed up.

You won't be able to find an arrest report if she was. In the UK the names of Defendants in criminal cases are sealed until they're convicted.

I think she got extra greedy somewhere along the line and focused on DMCA takedowns for everything online instead of making/posting any real or new content. You can tell there was a cutoff point where someone convinced her she's a model/OF star, she got terrible bimbo surgeries, then started posting the same high production value pictures and clips on repeat.
