If I recall correctly, you do get a special photo, but you have to comment under the pay-walled post (i.e. the comments at the very bottom) before 11:59PM Japanese time the day the post was uploaded in order to qualify.
An easy way of telling which posts are like this is if the description of the post contains something like "23時59分までのコメ" (translates to comment before midnight), usually located near the top.
As for if it's worth it: Virtually all of the content is locked at that tier (the lower tiers don't get much), so commenting is more of a bonus for being proactive imo (for reference, the special photo is usually another picture of the outfit she was wearing during that post with a small description/reply if you sent a message).

So, these are the very last last ones that were posted not a couple of days ago. The most insane thing about this month is well, firstly the fact that she's NOT actually posted anything else, and secondly, the fact that she's gotten to the point that she's stretching a T-cup bra. Which is just so huge and so far removed from practicality that I genuinely can't even think about it without going cross eyed.

There was I believe also this one from June as well, as I have it listed in my folder as June 30th. I also found this very-tight close up as well from late May.

Just so you all know, the video this week was broken, .mov files seemingly like getting corrupted in my experience, so I re-encoded it as an .mp4, should be smaller file-wise and also load quicker, if the quality is bad, just let me know and I'll reupload it.
