Two thoughts come to mind. The first is, obviously, the financial incentive. I’d imagine a woman could earn significantly more performing this type of extreme pornography than she would from a nude shoot or more conventional sexual content.

The second is that some women genuinely enjoy certain forms of intense sexual activity, even if others don't.
