I was disappointed too tbh. It seems to be the full set, Natalia sell other bundle of that set with less videos and pictures but pricer (same description, same number of pics but missing 2 videos)
 
Yes. It's very disappointing; it feels like a scam. A lot of content was filmed in that apartment. And she only sold the filming process, which should have been a bonus. The videos are also ridiculous, lasting only a few seconds, and aren't even 1080p.

She had some completely nude pictures, but they were quite few and some were "censored." Then she abandoned OF. Maybe someone still has some.
