She does, but she doesn't do it for every music video that releases. They've done a lot of popular MVs, and I imagine they'll do more when they find a good video for it.
The last one they did was I Jerk Him Off To Blackpink - Shut Down which was posted to her manyvids on June 24th. (Would love to see that uploaded if anyone's got it!)

Don't quote me on this exactly, as iirc she explained it in a livestream and it's been a while since that stream (I sub to her on and off to scrape the MV vids if nobody uploads them elsewhere for a while), but I believe the whole MV handjob idea was actually an idea he came to her with (bold man, going to your gf and being like "hey, can you jerk me off to other women") but she found the idea hot and so they tried it, and now they both love doing it.
I highly doubt they'll stop doing it unless they stop making content altogether, since Red's the only creator I've ever found that does MV handjob videos, so she's basically got the market pinned. It's probably just down to finding a good MV to do it to. Duration, tempo, and whether he's really into her (the girl(s) on screen) probably have a lot to do with MV selection.
