200? Damn dude. I consider myself a resolution snob for most things, but I've been weighing how good 480p looks for most stuff to see if I can accept it for what it is. If you can get by with 480p, you'll find that it gets the job done and you can find your gens being around or under 50, even if that's not what the estimate says. I wouldn't say to settled for 480p for anything with actual video, but right now for this AI stuff it's good enough. Going at 720 or even just higher than 480 is what can really use up your credits.

This is even more true if you have at least a semi decent PC and can use something like Topaz or some other software to upscale and use frame interpolation to get better resolution and framerate. I'm pretty satisfied with the overall quality after putting stuff through Topaz after. It's not the same thing as natively generating with higher framerate and resolution, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper.

On top of that, took a good 3-4 hours to render a video this morning - had to leave and monitored on my phone to see when the video was done.

I usually delete delete generations shortly after rendering but this one hung around a bit before I could get to it. Do you guys hold onto work right on Tensorart? How visible are the videos to other users?

Also the cheaper templates are starting to produce extra limbs and mutilated body parts. Getting bodies morphed together and a ton of John Wayne Bobbits. I was having really great luck with those templates but, in the last 4-5 days, getting a lot of weird outputs. Any idea why this is? My prompts haven't changed much.
 
AI tools are affected by how much people are using it. It affects both render duration and the estimated price. The quality is more on the tool
owner's control so they made have made tweaks.

As for your other question, I delete generations too. Generations are private unless you publish.

Furthermore, if you click on "more details" on your generations, you'll see a link to the reference image you uploaded. The link expires after some time if you delete the generated image/video. So I guess deleting works?
 
I tried doing it, I feel like this is partially affected by the Lora in the template but I'm running out of credits so feel free to test this. I used 0.2 Mega Pixel, Duration 4s, Steps 10 to maximize prompt adherance. Reducing the steps is ok too from what I've seen. Overall, I got decent results with the prompt below. This is a short prompt for testing purposes.
