Yea, me too. Happened to me yesterday as well, though I think sometime in the afternoon it just cleared up, and it's here again today. Been stuck on 99% for 7hrs.

everything is getting stuck at the 99% but it resolves after a while. So be patient.
my previous generation took around an hour for some reason (a week ago it was minutes)
 
is there any tips for bypassing the "Prompt contains sensitive content" thingy on create section?
