Have you tried messaging her seeing if she can resend it through?
I mean you have proof of purchase right there, doesn't work all the time but I've been able to get a couple vids in the past by doing that.
 
Good luck getting a reply, her account is run through an agency. I haven’t had any of my DM’s opened since November. She/her agency also constantly deletes their messages
 
If you straight up message her about it then probably won't work. Best bet, when she sends out a PPV reply to it and then slip it in there, the agency loves to chat when they think you're buying the PPV.. 😅
Do the old "I'm happy to buy more but just want access to my previous content" can't hurt to try.
