It's really very easy on PC.
In your browser (Chrome, Firefox), simply click on the three bars/dots at the top right and open the menu.
Then go to "More tools" or "Tools"
Under Tools, open "Tools for web developers"
In the window section that opens, go to the "Network" or "Network analysis" category
If you now call up a page, you will see all the data that is loaded from this page.
If you now open an image or start a video, you will see the file that is being loaded. In Chrome, you can click on the file and right-click to save the file. Or you can open the file (image/video) in a new tab and save it from there.
Images and videos often have a cryptic name like "ah7aje725lk..."
 
This seems to work for images, but I'm struggling to do this with videos. Is there any chance you could dumb it down a little further for me?
 
Okay so in Chrome you can save Images instantly via the Thumbnail that pop up by clicking on the Image. For Videos you always have to start the Video on OF. Than the Videolink will show up in your network list. The video file thats running gets bigger as more Data is loading. Right click on the "media" File, it‘s in format .mp4 and click on "open in new tap". In the new tab you can view the video and also right click on it an "Save Video as". Than the Browser downloading it to your Download Folder.
But I know for Videos it‘s hard to find the right File. Some files are "red" and an error occures. But sometimes it‘s easier to reload the page so you clean your developer view. Or only open developer mode quite before starting the video.

no movement no nothing, like that option in iphone where it captures video before you take a photo
