I made a request a couple weeks ago for a refund for obvious false advertising. They didnt give me my money back, luckily they didnt delete my account. But they told me they changed their TOS and that they "dont do refunds anymore" full stop. And then I saw the court case a few days later where they were found not liable for false advertising made by the agencies the models use.
Idk. Its all shit. God forbid they make a website that people can enjoy using where no one is scamming people. But if you type one wrong word like "Fansly" in a comment section, they'll nuke the fuck out of your account. Its just hating the consumer for no reason.
 
Well yeah of course that case failed. Especially if it was filed in the US. Sites arent responsible for what users post according to the law. If people wanted to go after anyone they should have gone after the content creators. Dunno what UK laws are regarding it though (since OF is headquartered there)

I asked someone for a nude booty vid without underwear and they sent one with underwear and it pissed me off that even though I know everyone say they donā€™t do refunds, I do see some people say they do get it so I said fuck it and tried. I basically emailed them the minute after I opened the message and i kept it simple all I said was ā€œI asked for no underwear but sheā€™s wearing underwear and now sheā€™s acting like she wasnā€™t wearing underwear in the videoā€ with screenshots of the messages and then 2 days later I got my refund šŸ˜­
 
I don't get why people still buy this shit. She needs to lose popularity for a month or two to convince her take her top off.

Correct me if I'm wrong(but sure I'm not) just had a Talissa page come up on FB and while checking the links, got sent over to a link to join jerkmate. The join page had what I'm 99% positive are AI generated topless pictures. The account didnt even have a verified checkmark so I'm positive its a scam page using her images then doctoring them with AI. Can anyone confirm because like was just being discussed, she hasn't done any nudity to my knowledge.
 
Just repeating what everyone's said, but they've been together since Talissa has been around. I assumed they might have broken up, since I hadn't seen her in a second, but I peeped her return the other day as well.
