She surely has been relatively lowkey this year since Euphoria ended, probably for good! Last 2 years she was everywhere all the time in news for something or the other.
 
You obviously don't understand how life works—she can't just “disappear” because if she fades into the background, her sales will drop. She'll do whatever it takes to stay in the spotlight, sell her lingerie, and land new roles.
 
I have been enjoying her SYRN posts. She is a genius for using herself as the marketing for the lingerie/underwear.
But yeah, she has multiple projects in the future so dont worry.
 
Didn't say she should lol. She is more of brand now and has multiple films next year.

I can see things picking up soon. She has got a whole bunch of movies coming up including Scandalous!, Sleepy Hollow, Split Fiction, The Caretaker, I Pretended to Be A Missing Girl, Custom of the Country, Gundam, The Housemaid's Secret and Barbarella and it was just announced Brittany Snow has joined The Housemaid's Secret and Michael Mando praised Sydney up for helping him out in the Gundam movie. She is also rumored to be in the upcoming Basic Instinct remake. With Scandalous previously reported before to have sexual content in it she is most likely going to wear a bunch of revealing outfits to promote it soon enough and let's hope she wears something see through again like that silver see through gown she wore last year. I would love to see her outdo that. 👍

More likely because there's no film or TV projects to promote at the moment as she's been busy - or has finished - shooting, which is why she's been focusing on her SYRN underwear line. She'll be everywhere again once the promo machines kick back in action.

An interview excerpt about nudity in films from Will Gluck, who directed Sydney in Anyone But You and is currently promoting One Night Only starring Monica Barbaro:
So basically Sydney wasn’t as naked as she could’ve been in Anyone But You because test audiences are more prudish now, and unfortunately the director went with it. Who’s to say that the movie was as successful as it was due to being so toned down, but then again maybe the nudity would be all anyone would talk about if it was kept in. I wouldn’t be surprised if The Housemaid had a similar fate.
Let’s hope that Sydney pushes to keep as much as her nudity as possible in her upcoming projects. Let people in movie theaters be uncomfortable, godammit.
 
I remember reading reports there were two nude sex scenes in The Housemaid at different times and a shower scene where Sydney was nude and I am not sure if they were true or not but it wouldn't surprise me. Fucking prudes. If you don't want to see nudity then don't go to a bloody Erotic Thriller. Simple as that. Stop ruining it for the rest of us that want to see sex scenes and nudity. Man, I hope she continues to rebel against it and go nude as much as she wants because somebody needs to make a stand to this prudish bullshit. 👏
 
She was nude in those scenes and they were hot, but the sex scenes only had brief glimpses of nipple and the shower scene didn't show anything. I can understand toning something down to PG-13 so they can get a wider demographic of moviegoers, but both Anyone But You and The Housemaid were still rated R in their tame forms and managed to be commercially successful. I think they could've both pushed even further without entering NC-17 territory. We know that she's all for nudity that serves the story's purpose, so I hope she fights to prioritize integrity over audiences' prudishness.
 
His new movie is going to TANK because he wants to pander to groups who change their sexuality and genders more than clothes.
