Replying to your post from the content thread. You seem to have an anger problem. Several times you've gone off on me regarding your standards which are not the same as everyone else's. The link you posted to FD did work however when I checked it it was not working for me. Now when I rechecked it, it took a while to load, id say somewhere around a minute and a half which would make most people think it was broken. Especially after the other link I checked not working. As for who cares if smaller files are requested, I care. And many others do. Maybe think about someone other than yourself for once.
 
If everyone posted like you do this forum would be unusable.
If everyone posted like Mustang does this forum would improve tenfold.
I for one love seeing Mustang passionately upholding standards, and i don't see how it's selfish for him to safeguard the forum from low quality posts when it prevents people from having to sift trough lower quality poorly compressed reposts or watermarked trash reposts ripped from tube sites.
 
Would it really be that much better, or do elitists just feel that way? I'll tell you this, if this forum only allowed 4k videos, I wouldnt use it. And a bunch of others wouldnt either. The content im suggesting isnt trash, its perfectly watchable.
And the gap isnt between everyone being like him and everyone being like me, its some people at one end, some at the other and a lot in the middle. Its not like they would have to sift through a lot anyway since we can easily identify the resolution in the post video title (quality). At most youd have to do a thread search and find 3 posts 1 at 720p, 1 at 1080p, and 1 at higher.
*rant* Much worse is people who upload their entire archive of videos and the videos dont have titles so you cant find any specific scene, or people who post videos but dont include a name or a tag so you have to spend hours trying to find one video you like.
