She had hair loss (thinning) from one of her medical conditions. Her hair is growing back but is still kinda short and she likes the styling of the wigs so she keeps using them.
 
It could be where she lives in England. Not all English accents are non-rhotic (R-dropping). A few are "Translantic"-like, where some Rs are dropped and some are not, like the Bristol and Northampton accents. It could also be her frequent consumption of American internet content that might have affected her accent more than most.
 
I personally think it's the former, but then again, Jacksepticeye, for example, has a literal American accent now, despite living in England lol
 
That's very interesting, thanks! I must say you've sent me down a rabbit hole of researching my own accent (pretty strong East Midlands English accent) which is non-rhotic. I really do drop my Ts a lot, which I think is kind of a hallmark of the regional dialect.

But to go back to the subject at hand, I do think that the consumption of American content will have altered her accent/pronunciation. When I was in secondary/high school I remember a lad with autism who spoke with a kinda mongrel American accent due to picking it up from films and TV series

The only times I listen to her speak is when her tics cause her to say funny/sexual shit. Any time other than that and she’s muted

I did a bit of research, and the Cornish accent is indeed rhotic. Where did you hear that she lives in Cornwall? It does make sense, if true, that she would have developed this "hybrid accent", growing up in a non-rhotic environment and then being exposed to rhotic speech later on. Also depends on how long she has lived in the West Country, if that's the case.

She also never got diagnosed with tourettes untill she was 28.. conveniently the same year she started streaming..
Imagine going 28 years without getting diagnosed, especially if you believe how hard her life was, and you somehow end up getting it the same exact year you start streaming and saying outrageous stuff..
Also a miracle that after shes gone viral, all those ouubursts, tics, outrageous things she used to say have dissappear due to her success🤷🏻‍♂️ perfect timing one would say

Funny how they always claim victimhood on behalf of their oppressed ancestor and then never take any of the responsibility of the one who likely enslaved and r*ped said ancestor... they're both your ancestors lmfao. Tbh im surprised she's 36 lol. I hope she doesn't start doing the "enhancements" celebs love doing 😭. Katy Perry is only 5 years older which kinda scares me since 10 years ago she was a 10/10 and now...😬. If she doesn't show them off soon then she probably never will.
