Yea, the issue is clear: "Analysis Paralysis" -- She indeed doesnt know what she should do and therefore is overthinking it, which usually leads to disappointment. In my experience the best solution is to just get started asap (put it up) and adapt on the spot. And most importantly: Keep it simple.

Unfortunately I see the same scenario happening in Patreon.
It's all about the trust factor - if Emma has no way of guaranteeing that the person will not leak the stuff she will send or attempt to blackmail her she simply cannot give any sexual content to anyone unless she has publicly announced that she will do NSFW content, because in that case leaks are annoying, but they can't really damage her reputation any further.
This is the shitty situation that no one has actually though about... Emma might be fine to show her boobs or even vagina to anyone if the money was decent, BUT she has no way of securing that it won't get leaked and worse - people won't start talking, which we all know would happen 100%.

She may not do it for one simple reason EVEN if it would seem ''accidental''. The fact that people could screenshot the text in the DM and then cross-reference to the next stream and say ''See? I paid her to do this and then she did it!'' This shit spreads and it won't take a week before some piece of shit white knight, will leak this information to her (lets be real, most white nights goon in these kind of websites for their streamers so they are here) and that will kill the whole thing in its infancy.
This is why I'm black pilled on her to ever do NSFW content even if paid to do ''accidental'' things on stream...
 
Hilarious! Funny enough, there was a Twitch thot named Kneecoleslaw who encouraged cum tributes. She would request and rate them. Instead of printouts on paper, dudes would take random pics from her IG, display it on their tablets or phones, and then jizz on them -- and send her the pic/vid. I kinda agree with Fafalor. Chances that someone hasn’t ratted us out is extremely low, however knowing her ego and the inability to shut up about anything, I don’t believe that she wouldn’t have mentioned this on her streams even once.
