with what i found in this thread only planning to do 1 more, the kira noir scene. check out the free tool VR2Normal if you'd like to do it yourself, takes some figuring out but works. pretty lengthy/intensive processes and i wasn't even doing it with the 40gb files so just keep that in mind.
 
i use and ffmpeg to convert fisheye to sbs but i also had claude cook up a 2D conversion cmd to test. it worked so i recommend just ask ai these questions, honestly it will give you a more detailed response and you can add in specifics, tailor it to your hardware. if you go this route, ask ai to make a 5 min test command. cause the process isn't short, last thing you want to do is wait all that time just for the output to be undesirable. regardless good luck.
 
yeah VR2Normal is just a gui for ffmpeg that helps you get all the settings for the conversion command. also has features to help generate previews quickly for testing your settings. i used claude a couple times for help with settings too lol. i couldn't get it "perfect" and could maybe run it thru another round and get just that much better or something but i'm okay with how they are.

that's it for me unless i get my hands on any of the ones i requested earlier, preferably in the *smaller* filesizes to start with so conversion is quicker.
 
i can get all of these for you and they will avg around 3-10gb. sage hunter is the only one that is hefty
(35.9gb) i'll start now on the smaller scenes. do you want the sage too even at that size?
 
gonna be deleting some of these scenes in like 2-3 days. feel free to reup whatever you want.
