Update: she finally sent me the custom, coincidentally the night I finally decided to reach out to support. I don’t think they played a part at all, since their response was for screenshots of the situation to better assess it. But even still, she initially sent it locked with various other vids at $200. I said I didn’t want those, just the custom. She lowers it to $150. I say the same. She sends just the custom, locked for $100. Says that price is for the vids she’ll send after. I say again, I don’t want those. She then finally sent it unlocked. Ridiculous imo
