The impression I get when porn stars/sex workers incorporate their pregnancy into their material is that they're pretty depraved and don't give a fuck about the criticism they face. If she's also concerned about how this might affect the perception of her husband and people she works with (assuming that day job is still something she does), she has those people to consider as well.
The point I was attempting to make by suggesting she could go MILF-style with her content was that it was an option, but she might have trouble earning as much as she might by being fit and not pregnancy-ravaged.
