Two videos titled "Jack's POV", I think 9 and 13. Nothing else to my knowledge.
 
Quite a few of her Around the world vids are POV. And are more amateur filming.
 
The three suggestions above are the only ones I'm familiar with for POV of Stoya. All good calls, though the Jack's POV ones are probably my favorites.
