I guess I created this thread to relate a story more than anything else.
I’m often on Kik, and I was watching this one model live who lives in my state, and I talked to her a bit.
Out of the blue, I get a message. Not a spam message either or something advertising, but a real one just wanting to chat.
English was slightly off, but she had good control of her language otherwise. We chatted off and on for the next week. Nothing sexual or selling was ever brought up. She genuinely seemed to just want a friend. Eventually, she invited me to check out her Instagram page, showcasing her abstract art.
The artist was in the pictures, and she was really hot. Her art was actually decent, and a lot of her IG contained reels of her going through the process of creating it.
Still suspicious of a scam, I looked up who she was and saw this name, Stella Marisol, and that she had OF. I checked out some of her stuff here, and it was the same girl in the IG and the same girl whose picture appeared in her Kik profile.
So I asked her about it - was she the same Stella Marisol? She didn’t confirm, but me asking her clearly pissed her off. She said she didn’t want to talk anymore, and then said bye. Then she put me on ignore.
I still don’t know if it was genuinely her. But I tend to think it was because I never got the sense that she was trying to sell me something. Either way, it’s a mystery, and it’s a little sad to me. The person I talked to on Kik seemed like a pretty nice person who just wanted some connection and someone who would appreciate her art.
